Alice and the white rabbit in Wonderland are new puppets by artist Nancy Latham, renowned for her Wistful Children Cloth Dolls. Nancy does paintings and sketches of her ideas which can then become dolls, and she also does painting portraits of finished dolls. For her painting, drawing, and dollmaking go hand in hand.

As collector I have learned to repair and restore the majority of the dolls that I have found. Not only do I repair Raggedy dolls but I can refurbish older dolls/stuffed animals and most any vintage cloth plaything. Doll clothing and so on, old or new.

She is featured in the book, “The World’s Most Beautiful Dolls Volume II” by Pursley and has been featured in all the best doll magazines. Her art dolls have garnered numerous awards. Nancy will be unveiling her new creations at the Orlando IDEX, January 25-27, 2008, inspired by Baum’s “The Wizard of OZ” and Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland.” These works are copyright 2007 by Nancy Latham.
